  WHEREAS, at the December Term, A. D. 1883, of the County Court of Williamson County, in the State of Illinois, Laura Teague, John U. Tanner, and Sarah Straud on witnesses heretofore subpoenaed to appear and testify herein in behalf of the People in the above styled Cause AND WHEREAS, the day is now come when by said Subpoena the said Laura Teague, John U. Tanner, and Sarah Straud are bound to appear: Now come the People, by W. W. Clemens, the State's Attorney, and the said Witnesses, being three times solemnly called, comes not, nor anyone for them, but makes default; IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the default of the said Witnesses be entered of record, and that an attachment herein against said Laura Teague, John U. Tanner, and Sarah Straud returnable to the next term of this Court for contempt in not appearing in answer to said subpoena and that they be required to give bail in the sum of one hundred dollars each.
